Judo Club USA-TKDWTF

This course is designed to survey and synthesize the physical, psychological, and social skills useful for self defense. The survey includes learning physical skills adapted from a variety of martial arts -- with the idea that students may find a particular set of techniques that they enjoy practicing and pursue further, more detailed, study in that martial art. This cross-sectional survey also permits a variety of skills to be practiced by a people of a variety of physical backgrounds.
